The Client and the Company shall acknowledge the following terms and conditions as a mutually agreed and legally binding terms and conditions, and the Customer shall accept and abide by the terms of this Agreement upon payment of the Freight.
1. The customer and its entrusted agent guarantee that the goods entrusted to be shipped shall comply with the relevant laws and regulations of the State and shall not violate the will of the company. The company refuses to carry the following items:
1) flammable, perishable or toxic, explosive, lethal, corrosive and radiation dangerous goods;
2) Drug or drug related equipment;
3) books, photographs, sculptures or utensils that hinder weathering;
4) Infringement of trademarks, authorships or intellectual property rights;
5) currency, value-added tax invoices, other tax receipts or securities, gold and silver treasures, antiques, precious metals;
6) live animals, objects or seeds;
7) Letters of a communication nature;
8) Electronic supplies;
9) All powder, liquid items and CDs;
10) Non-genuine/imitation goods (if the goods entrusted by the customer to the company are non-authentic or imitation goods, once lost, the company will not compensate);
11) Goods of foreign trade surplus;
12) The goods whose suspected brand is not genuine, or the customer's description is genuine, but the price is unreasonable;
13) Embargoed articles subject to China Customs export control and import control by other countries, such as food, Chinese medicine materials, etc.;
14) Goods that do not comply with the "Product Quality Law of the People's Republic of China", "The Consumer Protection Law of the People's Republic of China" and other administrative regulations, departmental regulations and national compulsory standards;
2. The Client undertakes that the Company has the right to waive or refuse to accept the unsuitable transportation by means of consignment, intentionally or unintentionally concealing the real name and value of the article, and the articles prohibited by national law from being carried, mailed or transported. Should bear all legal and financial liability arising therefrom;
3. The client and his entrusted agent guarantee to accept and pay the freight rates and related warehouse, return and transshipment fees announced by the company;
4. Any spillage, leakage or leakage of any liquid or solid in the customer's goods, or due to various factors such as improper packaging of the goods or the goods themselves, causing pollution or damage to other goods, the company has to investigate the customer's legal responsibility and claim financial compensation. right;
5. The company does not accept goods on delivery;
6. The company only accepts and processes one package number of one waybill number (or contains multiple items in the store). If the seller provides a waybill number, but issues two or more packaged shipments, the company will refuse to accept the relevant shipments or after receipt, if there is any loss, the company will not bear any liability for compensation;
7. The company has the right to know the nature of the goods being carried, the number of products and the weight of the goods, to assist the relevant government departments and transportation departments to inspect or investigate the articles in transit;
8. Goods consigned by the company will be randomly sampled, or the goods will not meet the requirements of this article, the company will refuse to carry;
9. The staff of the company has the right to view the goods. The customer and its entrusted agent can collect the goods if there is no prohibited item in the goods.
